It all began nearly 20 years ago, in the 1980’s a beautiful but deadly faction of Arachnos began to form from the elite females of Arachnos’s soldiers, Lord Recluse noticed that their skills were far superior to that of any normal soldiers & started them in special training squads that will in time be called the beautiful but deadly Night Widows who had a knack for stealth, infiltration & assassination. Mia who was an Arachnos soldier was one of these special soldiers who in 1983 began her Night Widow training in Stealth, infiltration, espionage, hacking, & all else that recluse had crammed into their training.

In 1985 only 2 years after her initiation into the night widow elite training Mia was making unbelievable progress, what had taken others 6 years to master mia had done it in only 2 years, noticing her unique ability to quickly learn anything thrown her way Lord Recluse himself asked her to be tested, an arbiter approached Mia with a high level mission…eager to prove herself Mia accepted the mission, it was a mission that required the assassination of a longbow psychic empath who was healing heroes who were battling on the front lines in Warburg.

Mia entered the base & efficiently killed all longbow in the base before longbow even knew she was there…upon reaching the empath who was totally unaware of her presence she struck the empath down without even giving it a second thought. Extremely impressed Mia would be given even more dangerous missions yet against all odds she always prevailed, these missions went on for over 4 years until in 1989 a mission that was routine for Night Widows went horribly wrong.

 Mia’s teams mission was to sanction a family member who was hiding over on mercy isle however something went wrong & the team sent to take out the family’s reinforcements somehow failed, the team was quickly overwhelmed & fighting for their survival managing to take out over 5 times their own numbers the widows were eventually killed along with the soldiers sent to assist them. Only 2 survived that day & it was the Leader of the widow Belladonna Vetrano & her Wolf Spider escort Paolo Marino who are now known as Ghost Widow & Wretch…as u may have guessed Mia & the rest of the team was dead however something unusual was amidst in that building…as Mia felt herself dying she felt an uneasy pulsing from her own soul as if it were being bound to something. After 1 hour of unyielding pain but unable to shout due to a beam that had crushed her vocal cords & was slowly burning through her protective armour Mia had given up hope. Eventually the pain subsided & she didn’t know why until she realised she couldn’t fell anything at all anymore & noticed a beam that was burning right next to her shoulders…quickly realising that what had happened was her nerve system along with her backbone had been burned & melted she gave into fate & vowed to herself that she has & always would have served Lord Recluse & Arachnos faithfully, At that exact moment her soul pulsed again this time with an unknown energy & her soul bound to it’s target…Lord Recluse had gained not one but 2 Ghostly weapons that day however only the one he knew about returned, however since Mia is also bound to Lord Recluse she will obey him when the time comes to reveal herself to him & that will only happen when they meet.

5 years later Mia reappeared with what seemed like spectral type powers  Mia found an Arachnos laboratory where designs of high tech bots were being developed, being a former Night Widow Mia knew how to solve her problems instantly & created a semi-proto plasmic robotic controller that situated on her left arm…at 1^st she decided to lay low & so decided to deliberately get captured by longbow. Now outside of Recluse’s ability to watch her Mia listened, learned & waited for Arachnos to need new villains that Mia knew he would get from the prison she was currently in. Eventually after around 10 years lord recluse made his move & broke the villains out…it was time to once again work for Arachnos but under the name of Shadow Princess Mia. Oh & by the way if you were wondering why Ghost Widow wouldn’t remember her name then it’s because her Arachnos name back then was the Night Stalker Assassin due to her never being seen before she strikes & she has kept those skills today, so beware since she could be anywhere, using a combination of Night Widow stealth abilities, bots from the Arachnos development labs & even ghostly abilities similar to Ghost Widow herself you might wonder if she can be stopped right…well just like ghost widow she’s anchored to Lord Recluse so the only way to kill either Ghost Widow or Shadow Princess Mia is by killing Lord Recluse himself & plenty of heroes have already proven that Recluse is no push over & doesn’t hesitate to kill just like his ghostly terrors.
